David Work
Hello, my name is David. I'm husband to a hero wife, father to three teenage boys, and running pal to a labrador retriever.
My passion for fitness is drawn from a lifetime of sports and enthusiasm for outdoor adventure. In my late twenties, my career and a young family drew me away from fitness until, at 35, a new year's resolution put me on a path to the Pittsburgh Marathon, and from there dozens of endurance events. About seven years ago, I set aside my corporate path to embrace raising my boys, coach their youth teams, and launch the Exercise Coach in Pittsburgh. I was captivated then and remain energized today by the application of smart technology to deliver a profoundly safe, efficient, and effective workout. It's helped me recover from two significant injuries, and put me ahead of the pack with my cycling friends. I'm motivated each day I coach by the stories our clients share of renewed energy, less pain, and more confidence as they pursue their fitness goals. I'm 100% confident my team and I can do the same for you!
Regional Manager
Alison Yee
When I was living at the bottom of Nob Hill, San Fransisco in 2006 and decided to take up running, there was literally nowhere to go but up. Soon, not even San Fransisco's formidable peaks could hinder my hustle. Yoga, crossfit, and olympic weight lifting came next, but not before having twin girls (and since an adorable now 4-year-old addition to the fam named Archer!) called me home to Pittsburgh. Now I spend my time challenging family members to competitions of strength in our makeshift garage gym, practicing downward dog with my kids, and chasing that blissed-out post-workout high. My bachelor of arts in communication from Pitt provides me with the ability to communicate my passion for fitness to the many members I work with. I have my own style of teaching and I'm excited to bring my knowledge and programming as our regional manager and master health coach. As a melting pot of experience, I'm happy to be an integral part of the machine that is The Exercise Coach.

Chelsea Cornish
Hi! My name is Chelsea Cornish. I grew up playing soccer and became interested in fitness and sports performance. I have coached soccer for 8 years now for multiple girls soccer teams. Over the years of coaching, I gained a lot of experience with both the mental and physical side of exercise. After I graduated from Pitt with a degree in psychology, I decided to get my master's in exercise science and sports psychology. My passion to help others has led me to The Exercise Coach where I help clients live a healthier, happier, and stronger life!

Pamela Eynon
I am a certified exercise coach whose passion for fitness began many years ago when my 3 boys were very young. What started as running to have "me time" soon turned into training for half marathons, to strength training, to being bit by the crossfit bug and competing in many crossfit competitions. I love working with clients on the importance of strength training, exercising to feel good, and positive body behavior changes. There is nothing I enjoy more than encouraging, motivating, and having a positive impact on someone's day (ok, burpees are a close second). Today, those 3 little boys that motivated me to start moving are now teenagers and I've discovered that they give me more runaround than run or workout ever could!

Brad Knapp
Hi, I’m Brad! I’m a certified personal trainer and exercise coach with a passion for helping people change their lives one workout at a time. I first became obsessed with exercise when my grandfather taught me about weight training when I was in middle school. In high school I went to the gym with him every day over summer breaks and started training in bodybuilding. In college I got more serious about strength and performance and took up powerlifting. I’ve continued to study the most up to date science-based training methods ever since. The cutting-edge technology utilized at The Exercise Coach is what brought me here and our clients as well as my fellow coaches are what made me stay.
